As part of Wellness At: Group, we created Wellness At 57, 5 high-quality clinic rooms on Rodney St, Liverpool, for solo practitioners to lease. We created these as we struggled to find high-quality, affordable rooms ran professionally. The environment is so important for clients to enjoy their time with you, and we wanted to make sure we reflected that.

Our 6 month license to occupy agreements are super simple. From as little as £45 a day, you can secure a day a week (or more) at Wellness At 57. Like it? You can simply extend after.

How does it work?
The clinic rooms run on a license to occupy agreement, which gives you access to that room on a select day (or more). This means you know you've got a set room on a set day, perfect for your clients.
Wellness At 57 requires practitioners to commit to one day a week, and that's on a 6 month license to occupy agreement. This also gives you the best chance of success, as even if you're quite, it encourages you to get in, film content, and engage with other practitioners, really helping to grow your brand in a way that you couldn't if you only had a day a month.
Our room pricing is super transparent, and is purely based on the size of the rooms.
